MATERIAL & CONSTRUCTION: The shirt is made from a flame-resistant 88% cotton and 12% nylon twill fabric, weighing 7 oz per square yard. The fabric complies with ASTM F1506 for arc flash protection and NFPA 2112 (ASTM F1930) for flash fire resistance. It has a minimum arc flash rating (ATPV) of 12 Cal/cm2, meeting the HRC 2 rating. The garment is NFPA 2112 / HRC 2 compliant and UL classified. The fabric is mercerized, designed to provide minimal shrinkage, maximum comfort, optimum safety, and durability.

DESIGN & SIZING: This shirt features full sleeves with cuffs, a western-style front open design with pearl snap buttons, and action back pleats. It has two breast pockets with flaps and snap closures, as well as a pen slot on the left pocket. The shirt is designed with a focus on safety, performance, style, and value, and manufactured to US standard size charts.

COMPLIANCE: The shirt is NFPA 2112 (ASTM F 1930) compliant for flash fire, ASTM F1506 (D6413 + F1959) compliant for arc flash, and meets the HRC 2 rating (ATPV of 12 Cal/cm2). It is UL classified, and all NFPA 2112 / HRC 2 garments from Just In Trend are identified by a 3-point labeling system.

For garments worn over other layers or to have a looser/more comfortable fit, or if the garment will undergo frequent industrial washes, it is recommended to order one size up.
