The 7.5 OZ Flame Resistant Welding Shirts feature 100% FR cotton material that is soft, lightweight and breathable, offering outstanding protection against fire, flame and arc flash. The FR properties are good up to a 100 wash max. FR tags are easily identifiable on the left sleeve and on the tag next to the left breast pocket, with an ATPV of 9.2 cal/cm (PPE Cat 2) and meeting NFPA 2112; ASTM F1506; NFPA 70E standards.

The lightweight, breathable, moisture-wicking plaited knit with soft inner lining, double reinforced collar and cuffs, and enhanced fabric durability provide ease of movement and longer-lasting wear. The practical design includes chest pockets with protective flaps and a pencil slot, as well as double-needle stitching on pockets, flaps, and shoulder seams.

The curved hem provides enhanced protection when the shirt is untucked, and the stitching is done with durable FR threads, featuring shatterproof FR Pearl buttons. The VANDISI pre-shrinks its 7.5 oz 100% cotton knit fabric, so the shirts fit true to size but are long in the body to stay tucked in.

These FR shirts are made for welders, fitters, ironworkers, electricians, oil workers and other industrial workers, even for home use. A small sample is attached inside the package for customers to easily try the FR properties. The shirts are tested to maintain protection through 100 home washings.

The VANDISI 6.5oz FR Shirts for Men line includes two-tone and henley options, all in 100% lightweight cotton with an ATPV of 11.6 Calories/cm2.
