The FR Welding Cap is an updated, multi-functional piece of protective gear. Crafted with 10oz heavy-weight flame-resistant cotton duck (canvas) for the exterior and inner lining, it offers superior heat and arc resistance, achieving an ATPV (Arc Thermal Performance Value) of 14 Calories/cm2 + 8.2 Calories/cm2.

The cap's unique 6-panel design, featuring different-colored camouflage-style stitching, adds a stylish touch while enhancing its functionality. The deep-cut design provides ample coverage, extending down to half of the user's ears (7-7 3/8 inches or 7 1/2-7 7/8 inches), ensuring a comfortable and protective fit.

To accommodate the heavy-duty materials, the crown size has been increased by 1/8 inch, resulting in a true-to-size fit that allows for a more comfortable wear.
